Talk to an ExpertREADING, Pa., July 5, 2006 - Penske Truck Leasing announces its Reading, Pa. District located at 255 Riverfront Drive will reopen and resume operations at 7 a.m., July 6, 2006. The facility had been closed due to damages it sustained from recent flooding in the area.
"Our associates and their dedication to excellence were instrumental in getting this facility up and running again," said Penske Truck Leasing Area Vice President Jack Gallagher. "We thank our associates for their hard work as well as the many contractors that assisted with our rapid cleanup and recovery."
Penske's Reading District location leases, rents, maintains and repairs trucks and employs approximately 60 area residents. Penske Truck Leasing employs approximately 1,300 associates in Berks County and approximately 20,000 associates worldwide.
