Paper Fuel Receipts
Penske provides both Driver Trip Reports (DTR) and “Fuel Only” Driver Trip Reports on which your drivers can record and attach fuel receipts. Upon completion, mail or email the completed DTR and receipts to Penske.
(NOTE: DTRs allow for recording distance and fuel. “Fuel Only” DTR is for the purpose of tracking and submitting fuel purchases in which distance submission is through another means.)
More Information
- Legibly complete all fields on the DTR form
- Add the Penske Unit Number to each receipt
- Attach your fuel receipts to the DTR form
- Submit your DTR with receipts on a weekly basis using one of the following methods:
